At Faith Victoria, your satisfaction and confidence in our garments are our top priority. Our return and fit guarantee ensures you receive a piece that you feel amazing in. Below are the details of our return, refund, and alteration policies.

Standard Size Slips (Non-Custom Orders)

Return Eligibility:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of receiving your package.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with any included tags and packaging intact.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping for slips will be covered by Faith Victoria.

Custom Dresses and Fit Guarantee

Our custom dresses are designed to fit you perfectly. We offer a Fit Guarantee to ensure your satisfaction:

For Local Clients (In-Person Fitting Available):

  • We provide complimentary alterations if adjustments are needed after you receive your dress.

For Non-Local Clients:

  • If the dress requires adjustments, Faith Victoria will cover the cost of alterations by a local tailor up to a predetermined amount. Please contact us for approval and reimbursement instructions.

Refund Policy for Custom Dresses:

  • Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue, please contact us at contact@faithvictoriadesigns.com with details about the problem. Our team will work with you to find the best resolution.

Exchanges:

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom dresses, exchanges are not available for custom orders.

Defective Items (Slips or Custom Dresses)

If you receive a defective garment, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. A replacement garment will be made and shipped to you at no additional cost.
