Shipping Rates and Options:

• Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $400 (before taxes and discounts).
• Standard Shipping: Applied to orders under $400, based on your location.
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Processing Time:

• Standard size silk slips: Made to order and require 3-5 business days to process after purchase.
• Custom Orders: Custom-made dresses may require additional production time. You will receive an estimated timeline during the Couture Creative Call.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (depending on location).

Shipping Availability:

• We currently ship only within the United States.
• We do not ship to U.S. territories, PO boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Lost or Damaged Package:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@faithvictoriadesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
